EMULSION FUNCTION: Utilize this set in combination with a Hand Blender or Immersion Blender (NOT INCLUDED) to create a unique patented emulsion that produces creamier plant milks and delicious coffee combinations. It only takes 1 MINUTE to emulsify 1 liter, another minute to squeeze the pulp with the mortar, and one more minute to clean the entire tool. STRAINER FUNCTION: After crushing seeds in a blender or food processor, you can also use Vegan Milker as a strainer by pressing the leftover pulp with its mortar. Again, instructional videos are available for reference.
